1. We respect the privacy for each user. ischooledx being a responsible Indian IT education initiative, we strictly adhere ourselves to the Indian Constitution and provide all the customer care and privacy for users directed by Indian Constitution. All the users along with the ischooledx is subject to adhere Indian Constitution.
2. Users should not share their password used in ischooledx with others.
3. Users are expected to use ischooledx only to share information related to their school, classroom or education.
4. Users are not expected to use ischooledx for personal purposes.
5. Users should upload only passport size photographs in their profile.
6. Students should upload their profile photo only in school uniform.
7. Users should sign out every time when they exit from their ischooledx account.
8. ischooledx is not responsible for any damage in any shape for any users who violate the privacy policy.
9. School can remove any user from their institution with or without mentioning the reason.
10. All the users are subject to agree the changes or updates in our privacy policy from time to time with respect to the need of time.
11. Any content prohibited by Indian Constitution should not be posted, viewed , transmitted, reproduced or distributed by any user or entity in connection with ischooledx.
12. All Content whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such content.
13. ischooledx do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of any content or communications posted via the services or endorse any opinions expressed via the ischooledx.
14. ischooledx reserve the right to terminate user's access to any part or all of the services and any related services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
15. ischooledx have no obligation to maintain any content in users account or to forward any unread or unsent messages to user or any third party.
16. ischooledx have no any other legal obligation (partially or fully) with the details that users have provided in ischooledx.
